Public Talks

& Open Workshops

Engaging speakers, welcoming neighbors, relaxed atmospheres: Philosophy cafes are free events where curious people come together to explore challenging ideas in comfortable spaces.

About Philosophy Cafes

Philosophy Cafes are events where people from all walks of life come together to have conversations about questions that are philosophical in nature. Each event has a theme and everyone is invited to participate, although participation is not mandatory. Some events have guest speakers while others are more like round-table discussion groups. The broad purpose of every event is to stimulate dialogues about challenging ideas in public spaces.
